The Opportunity
The business now had a need for a commercial lawyer, ideally with publishing, media or IP experience, to join the team in either Oxfordshire or London. The role will provide key legal support to the business on commercial contracts as well as contentious and non-contentious IP, copyright and defamation. You will also lead on negotiations for media and digital content agreements as well as key partnership agreements. As part of the global legal team, you will also work with legal teams in APAC and the US.

Strong relationship development skills are key as you will work the authors, researchers and industry professionals.
