The Position
The company is looking for a Head of Legal on an interim basis, ideally to start around October. The role itself is very broad and will provide dedicated legal support to all the brands, primarily in the form of Commercial, Corporate, Compliance and Company Secretarial. Other key areas will relate to logistics, distribution, ESG, marketing and digital.
You will work closely with senior management and stakeholders across the business and you will lead and manage the legal team (2 people.)
About You
The role is an exciting and unique opportunity for a commercial lawyer with in-house experience in the retail or consumer sectors to work with high profile fashion brands for around 12 months. Demonstrated experience working closely with senior management as well as managing a small team is also key.
