About the Opportunity
The business now has an opportunity for a lawyer to join the business and provide key legal support to the IP and marketing function. You will play a lead role in the clearance of content for marketing, IP licensing and brand protection as well as ASA and regulatory compliance relating to marketing and consumer matters.
Working with a global legal team, the role will be broad and will work closely with the business at all levels.
About You
A strong IP background is key, with marketing and regulatory consumer compliance experience also being key. Previous experience in the consumer, retail, luxury or FMCG space would be valued. The ability to work with multiple jurisdictions and develop relationships across a global business is also key.
