This high profile fashion retailer has an opportunity for a commercial Legal Counsel to join and provide wide ranging legal support and advice to the business.
About the Opportunity
As part of a small, highly business facing legal team, you will work closely with the business, managing a range of commercial contracts as well as tech and digital contracts, SaaS agreements, marketing and e-commerce. You will also be involved in matters relating to ESG and product compliance as well as data privacy. You will have the opportunity to establish excellent working relationships across business, particularly with the tech, digital and marketing teams, working with these teams on day to day as well as strategic matters and projects.
This is a varied position and in addition, you will provide key commercial legal advice to the brand, working closely with senior management with the support of the more senior members of the legal team.
About You
The position will suit an individual who enjoys variety, who has experience on a variety of commercial contracts and who can also support on tech and digital matters. A keen interest in working for brand or working in the retail and consumer sectors is also key. Marketing experience would also be useful.
