The Opportunity
The business has adapted efficiently and effectively to a new digital age. A need now exists for a commercial lawyer, ideally with some tech and / or digital experience, to join this leading legal team. You will draft and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial agreements including key customer contracts, collaboration agreements, distribution and agency agreements and tech contracts. You will also advise on IP and digital specific matters.
About You
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial lawyer with tech and /or digital experience to join a leading listed company and be part of this world-class legal team. Any in-house experience would be well-utilised. You will need to demonstrate excellent commercial acumen and the ability to operate in a professional environment with tight deadlines, often on an international scale. You will have the opportunity to work with people across the business and as a result, strong interpersonal skills are also required.
